How We Serve

“Food is the moral right of all who are born into this world.” – Norman Borlaug

How we serve is driven by our passion for making a difference through food.

We understand that, with the hustle and bustle of our day-to-day lives, many of us don’t have time to prepare a healthy meal every day. We make it easy by creating a variety of fresh, ready-to-eat meals available for pickup.

So, if you are craving an Indian home-cooked vegetarian meal or have very little time on your hands to prepare a meal, our fresh, delicious meals prepared with love are available for pick and go.

A wide variety of meals choices await you. Looking for a larger quantity to celebrate a special occasion or share with friends, we can help. Download Menu here and reach out to us by filling out this form.

Our community is in need of nutrition assistance at levels never before seen in our lifetimes. If you are a neighbor seeking food, we extend a warm welcome to you.

We offer, no questions asked  ‘Pay what you can’ meals every Monday through Thursday.

Pick-up ONLY at Anna Sudha Community Kitchen, 21100 Dulles Town Circle Sterling, Virginia 20166 between 11am to 3pm, Mon to Thu.

Langar in the Sikh language simply means community kitchen. It was the third Sikh Guru, Guru Amar Das, who established langar as a prominent institution, and required people to dine together irrespective of their caste and class before speaking to him.

To support our mission to use food to bring people together and create a sense of community, we will now serve freshly prepared meals to all, regardless of religion, caste, gender, economic status, or ethnicity, free of charge, twice a month.

Everyone is welcome!

Join us for a meal every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month from 12 to 2 pm and 5 to 8 pm. Visit Event Calendar for dates & time.

‘NO ONE LEFT BEHIND’ is our motto. We go the extra mile to serve our fresh meals to those who cannot come to us.

Our ‘Shelter Feeding Program’ helps impact individual beneficiaries as well as entire communities.
