Refund Policy

At Anna Sudha, we are committed to providing our customers with clean food prepared in an environment where the people working are treated ethically. We believe that the health of our planet is directly related to the health of each individual who inhabits it. Our goal is not just to serve food, but to tend to the well-being of every community member through mindful choices.

Therefore, we ask for your understanding if you do not like any of our dishes and require a refund. We want to make healthy food accessible and affordable for everyone, which means that all of our dishes will be priced at $5 or less.

Returns Policy:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
