Being a privately funded non-profit, Anna Sudha's impact is not just limited to Loudoun County, but also other communities such as Fairfax County, Alexandria, D.C. and so forth. As such, the Capstone and Eagle projects undertaken for Anna Sudha will not just uplift the Loudoun County's food insecure, but will benefit other communities as well.

Food Collection Drive
The lifeline of Anna Sudha's goals and operation is food. Anna Sudha provides for food insecure not just in Loudoun County but also other communities such as Fairfax county, Alexandria, D.C and so forth. Food drives in communities, offices, schools and other events significantly help Anna Sudha with its operations to help serve food to the needy.
A capstone project would be planning, organizing, executing the food collection drives, a single one or multiple! You could also organize runs recruiting volunteers. Based on the timing of the food collection drive, Anna Sudha's Kitchen will give the list of recommended food items that can be collected in the collection drive. As an added bonus, you could template out this process, making it as much automated as possible for future volunteers.
This would demonstrate project planning, organization, execution and leadership.
Supplies Collection Drive
A big part of preparing and delivering food is the supplies. Anna Sudha is always in need of packaging supplies such as trays, covers, foil etc. and cleaning supplies such as trash bags, dishwashing soap, gloves, head covers, paper towels etc.
A capstone project would be planning, organizing, executing the packaging and cleaning supplies collection drives, a single one or multiple! You could also organize runs recruiting volunteers. Anna Sudha's Kitchen will give the list of recommended packaging and cleaning supplies that can be collected in the collection drive. As an added bonus, you could template out this process, making it as much automated as possible for future volunteers.

Daily Meals Drop To Seniors
Anna Sudha recently rolled out a brand new Seniors meals delivery program. This program extends Anna Sudha's outreach to Senior citizens.
A capstone project would be planning, organizing, executing the meals delivery for a number of days, weeks or months. You could also organize runs recruiting volunteers. As an added bonus, you could template out this process, making it as much automated as possible for future volunteers.

Weekly Farmers Market
Anna Sudha runs its Farmers market program every weekend. This becomes all the more prominent during the summer time.
A capstone project would be planning, organizing, executing the farmers market event for a number of weekends or months. You could also organize runs recruiting volunteers. As an added bonus, you could template out this process, making it as much automated as possible for future volunteers.

Kids Summer Cooking Camps
Anna Sudha is planning on running Kids cooking classes Summer camp. It has an ambitious target of filling 1600 seats. The funds raised from this summer camp will allow Anna Sudha to handle its operating costs, which will in turn allow it to execute more programs to sustain and give back. As such, the success of this program is vital.

After School Cooking Club
Help Anna Sudha spread its presence by organizing after-school club for cooking in your school. This will allow kids to be exposed to the joy of culinary arts. It will also collect funds for Anna Sudha to give back to the communities!
A capstone project would be planning, organizing, executing these after-school camps for a semester. You could also organize runs recruiting volunteers. As an added bonus, you could template out this process, making it as much automated as possible for future volunteers and future years.
